UK charity founded by Nairobi origin members, devoted to giving back to their home country, Kenya.
Feroz Deen Awan
Born in Nairobi in 1950, Feroz Deen Awan later moved to the UK after secondary education in 1969, where he pursued a career in law. After becoming a chef and owning his restaurant, he retired in 2015. He's now a dedicated, full-time volunteer for our charity, working without pay. Fueled by his passion for making a difference, he aims to build a hospital as a lasting legacy, offering vital support to the underprivileged area of his upbringing. With personal experience of poverty, he's committed to giving back, utilizing his life savings to fund these transformative projects.
